Why Take Mental Fitness Classes?
Because it's time to meet life head-on. We need real skills for real life.
Whether we want to admit it or not, even the healthiest of us can have trouble with emotional balance, relationships, avoiding conflicts rather than resolving them, living beneath our potential (e.g., productivity, creativity), or failing to take care of ourselves in healthy and sustainable ways. We're not talking about frank mental illness here; rather, we're talking about a lack of mental fitness skills.
When we learn and practice mental fitness skills, we can meet challenges head on, make necessary changes, and continue our life activities and relationships in peace and contentment despite our hardships (and, yes, despite our flaws). This is the essence of mental fitness: assess (and own) the problem, use skills to flexibly adapt to the demands for change, and resolve the issue with grace.

Mental Fitness Foundations is a great place to start your mental fitness journey. This 10-week course provides a broad overview of some of the foundational mental fitness skills that can take you a long, long way toward success. You will be challenged to examine all major areas in your life to see just how you are stacking up to life's demands. Best of all, though, you'll be provided new tools to learn so you can beat your challenges hands down. The only question is whether you're willing to accept this mission for real change.
Our Foundations course will be offered every quarter.
